VMX, the world’s leading veterinary conference, is moving to June 5-9, 2021. The North American Veterinary Community (NAVC) knows how important the annual VMX conference is to veterinary professionals and students around the world with its wide selection of continuing education (CE) learning tracks, engaging featured speakers, networking opportunities, and in-depth elective courses. That’s why the NAVC wants to ensure that anyone who is able to attend VMX Live in Orlando, Florida, has the best experience possible.

The NAVC developed a world-class hybrid event with VMX Live and VMX Virtual options, both of which will be offered in June. Those who have already registered for VMX 2021 will be automatically registered for the rescheduled event. If you’ve already booked your hotel through the VMX portal, your reservation will automatically be canceled and you will be contacted with options to rebook.

VMX is an event that is at its best when the entire veterinary community can participate. For that reason, a reschedule was best for all attendees and exhibitors who want to attend. The goal is to host an event for as many attendees as safely as possible, and the new date in June should provide even more learning and networking opportunities. VMX Virtual will also feature world-class education—including more than 250 CE hours that are accessible for 90 days—and advancement opportunities from home for those who are unable to attend the live event.

The NAVC remains committed to keeping attendees informed with key developments, advice, and recommendations to ensure everyone can experience as much of VMX as possible. VMX will adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, along with many additional safety measures the NAVC and the Orange County Convention Center are implementing. The GBAC STAR–accredited Orange County Convention Center’s staff is fully trained in safety and sanitization and has implemented the industry’s highest standards for cleaning and disinfection of the facility.

Early registration pricing will be extended until April 12, 2021. Those who are already registered will get exclusive access to the VMX preview events (CE included), coming soon. For more information, visit navc.com/vmx or contact NAVC customer service at [email protected].
