A lot has changed since the veterinary conference we now call VMX opened registration for the first time in 1983. In honor of its 40th anniversary, the NAVC is turning back the clock to offer special throwback pricing for VMX 2023: $125 for all attendees, just like it’s 1983.
VMX 2023—scheduled for January 14-18 in Orlando, Florida, and online anywhere—will deliver hundreds of hours of CE, special events dripping with 80s nostalgia, the return of VMX Virtual, and more. The 1983 early-bird rate is available for in-person attendance through October 31. After that, prices will increase but remain 40% lower than VMX’s customary early-bird pricing: $495 for veterinarians and $295 for veterinary nurses/technicians and practice managers, with veterinary students once again attending for free. VMX Virtual registration will open November 1.
You won’t want to miss the lineup of speakers, sessions, events, and entertainment for this landmark event. There will be exciting new topics in large animal, exotics, aquatics, and zoo animals, as well as new sessions in leadership and personal development, marketing and communication, health and wellness, and business building. The Expo Hall will feature industry-leading companies, products, and services, as well as the New Product Gallery, Pet Pitch Competition, and VMX Virtual Expo.
Special events include a glow-themed 5K Fun(d) Run, with furry friends welcomed and encouraged, and exclusive behind-the-scenes tours of SeaWorld and Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park. Family services include nursing mother and baby care rooms and children programs.
Take a trip back to the 80s at VMX 2023, with all of the education and networking opportunities that have earned this event its international acclaim—and stay tuned for much more 80s fun soon to be announced. For more information and to register, visit navc.com/vmx.
