Taking place January 19-23 in Orlando, Florida, VMX is back and better than ever!
VMX is the world’s largest veterinary continuing education (CE) event featuring top-tier education from world-renowned presenters, unparalleled professional development and networking, diverse exhibits, and exhilarating events.
In a joint message, NAVC President K. Leann Kuebelbeck, DVM, DACVS, and CEO Tom Bohn, CAE, HAB-C, laid out the vision for this exciting event, saying, “Our vision for VMX is to empower veterinary professionals like you, and equip you with the tools you need to develop mastery along the way, so you can provide the absolute best care possible for your patients. We’re on a mission to provide better care for animals everywhere, and we know that starts with you.”
This year’s event once again features cutting-edge educational programming that attendees have come to expect. VMX encourages attendees to enhance and refine their knowledge and skill, while keeping up with the latest medical advances and techniques. Offerings include more than 1200 hours of CE credits, presented in a variety of formats and covering a wide range of tracks. Also, the program has been reorganized and brings an improved experience for overflow of the most popular sessions, meaning attendees won’t have to miss a moment.
Attendees are also encouraged to check out the industry’s largest veterinary marketplace—the VMX Expo Hall. This exhilarating expo experience features 700+ exhibiting companies, with innovative and state-of-the-art products and services, attendee activities and educational sessions with CE.
Last but not least, it wouldn’t be VMX without the thrill of an incredible entertainment lineup!
Rob Lowe will kick off the fun, bringing his charm and charismatic talent to the stage at the Saturday morning General Session.
At the Opening Ceremony on Saturday night, Brooke Shields will offer the exciting chance to get to know her, not only as an award-winning model and actress, but as a mom, animal lover, writer, and overcomer.
Next, what better way to celebrate your CE experience than letting your hair down after a day of learning? On Monday night, experience the VMX Concert Series with country band Little Big Town and sing along to their most popular songs.
Finally on Tuesday night, join the award-winning host of the show “Lucky Dog,” Brandon McMillan, to hear his story during an evening of conversation.
The exclusive VMX entertainment program, including concerts, receptions, guest speakers, and special social gatherings, offers fun for you and your peers and is included in event registration.
